In September, Manitoba nominated 459 candidates in the MPNP
On October 14, 2020, Manitoba released new statistics on the issuance of the provincial nominations in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In September, the province nominated 456 Skilled Workers, 3 business candidates, and approved 3 business concepts. It refused 29 applications of Skilled Workers. MPNP also invited 401 Skilled Workers, 4 business candidates and 5 business concepts. In total, MPNP received 3,241 applications from Skilled Workers and 33 business applications in 2020. In addition, Manitoba nominated 35 Express Entry candidates in September. In total, MPNP nominated 4,551 foreign nationals this year, including 455 Express Entry candidates.
