Alberta invited 50 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination

On January 19, 2021, Alberta updated the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) inventory. As of today, the province received 2,600 applications in the Alberta Opportunity Stream and 20 Expressions of Interest (EOI) in the Alberta Express Entry Stream that are waiting for the eligibility assessment. Besides that, the AINP released the results of the first invitation round in the Alberta Express Entry Stream. On January 8, 2020, Alberta issued 50 Notifications of Interest (NOI) and the lowest score of the round was 406 points. Last year AINP invited 1,933 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry. Since June 17, 2020, AINP did not hold Alberta Express Entry draws. |
